No Added Sugar - 4GF Loaves

One of my early customers asked if I could make a sugar free loaf, I said I didn't think so but I was willing to try.  Since then it has become a fairly regular special order product.  How is it different? The loaves are a bit denser, with what I call a little "flatter" taste - but still taste really good! Our loaves are hearty and much heavier than other loaves on the market at 1lb. 8 oz. (25oz).  They are filled with nutritious super foods (millet, flax, chia and psyllium husk).  Remember -This bread is made from the best organic ingredients we can source, no additives or preservatives.  It keeps very well in the refrigerator (2+ weeks) but for longest shelf life freeze it.  I would encourage you to slice it first so you can take out just the slices you want.
